Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder, or more to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoons rice whipped topping, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate shavings, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine ice, bananas, cashew milk, and cacao powder in a blender. Pulse until creamy.
  2. Transfer ice cream to a serving bowl. Top with rice whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
Substitute any vegan milk for the cashew milk if desired; If ice cream is too soft put into freezer for 1 hour; You can add frozen raspberries or any other frozen fruit you like. The more cacao powder the more chocolate the taste.
